What you sell
The product. A Visit Walkthrough™ link is a short page, about 2 minutes long, that a business texts its customer before the visit. The customer opens it on their phone and sees who is coming and when, how to get ready, what any fee is, and what choices they may be offered. The category name is a pre-visit experience.
The problem it solves. Customers who are not home, not ready, or surprised by a fee waste the owner's time and money. The office also answers the same "what do I need to do before you come?" questions all day. A Visit Walkthrough link answers them before the visit.
Who buys. Owners and office managers of small Georgia businesses that send someone out or book first visits: roofing, heating and air, plumbing, electrical, and clinics. Most run 2 to 20 people and answer their own phone.

| "a Visit Walkthrough link" | "a visit walkthrough" as a generic thing |
| "pre-visit experience" | "guaranteed", "you will get more jobs", any percentage |
| "an AI assistant on the page" | "live assistant", "a person answers 24/7" |

| "It won't help your credit; it's about your customers' visit" | Anything about credit scores |
Logging in to the DueSmart Command Center
You work in one place only: the caller page at command.duesmart.com/caller. Your manager must first add your business email to the caller list. You never use anyone else's login, and you never get the owner's.
Open Google Chrome on your work computer and go to https://command.duesmart.com/caller.
You will see a sign-in page that says "Log in to DueSmart Command Center."
Under Email, type your business email (for example caller1@duesmart.com). Do not use a personal email.
Click Send login code.
Open your business email inbox. Find the email with the login code. It arrives within a minute; check spam if it does not.
Type the code on the sign-in page and continue.
The caller page opens with the title "Visit Walkthrough Calls." Bookmark it.
If your business email is a Google account, you may click Google instead and choose that account. Never click the Cloudflare button; it is for the owner only.
If something goes wrong
| You see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| "Not on the caller list" | Your email is not added yet, or it was spelled differently | Message your manager with the exact email you used |
| "Not available to callers" | You opened a page that callers cannot use | Go back to command.duesmart.com/caller |
| No login code arrives | Email delay or spam filter | Wait 2 minutes, check spam, then click Send login code again |
| You are signed out mid-shift | Your sign-in expired | Sign in again the same way; nothing you saved is lost |
| "No calls waiting" | Your list is empty | Message your manager to assign more prospects |
The caller page
The caller page has five areas, top to bottom.
| Area | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Score tiles | Dials today against your target of 63, live contacts, qualified, follow-ups set, sales pending, and how many in your list are due now |
| Current call card | The business you should call now: trade, name, city, "Ask for the owner", how many tries so far, the phone number, a short summary, links to their website and the sales page, the Copy demo link button, the offer, the Script for that trade, and Earlier calls |
| How did the call go? | 10 result buttons, a follow-up date, a note box, Save and next call and Skip for now |
| My call list | Every business assigned to you. "Due now" ones come first. Click any name to make it the current call |
| End-of-shift report and Calling rules | Your daily report form, and the rules (open them any time) |
Working one call, step by step
Read the current call card: trade, city, earlier calls and notes.
Open Script for the trade and keep it on screen.
Click the phone number. Quo opens and dials. (See Part 4.)
Have the call (Part 5).
Under How did the call go?, click the one result that fits.
If it is Follow-up scheduled, Qualified or DueSmart referral, pick the follow-up date. For Follow-up scheduled it is required.
Write the note in this format: Spoke to [name, role]. Pain: [one line]. Demo sent: yes/no. Objection: [one line]. Next: [action, day, time ET].
Click Save and next call. The next business loads.
Use Skip for now only when you cannot call that business at this moment (for example, it is 1:50 PM and they asked for a 3 PM call). Skipping does not log a dial.
The 10 call results
| Result | Use when | What happens next |
|---|---|---|
| No answer | It rang out, no voicemail | Back on your list next business day |
| Voicemail left | You left the voicemail script | Back in 2 business days |
| Gatekeeper | You spoke to someone who is not the owner | Back next business day; write their name and the best time |
| Wrong number | The number does not reach that business | Removed from your list for good |
| Not interested | The owner said no after a real conversation | Back in 90 days |
| Qualified | The owner engaged, a pain is confirmed, the demo was sent | Moves to Replied; pick a follow-up date |
| Follow-up scheduled | The owner set a day and time | Back on that date (date required) |
| Sale pending | You sent the payment link on the call | Goes to the owner to confirm payment |
| Do not call | They asked not to be called | Removed for good. Never call again |
| DueSmart referral | They asked about credit help | The owner follows up; you stop the credit topic |
After 3 tries with no live contact, the business rests for 30 days automatically.
The Quo phone app
Every call goes out from the Visit Walkthrough sales line, (404) 994-2413, through the Quo app. Never call a prospect from a personal number or any other app.
Set up once (with your manager on day 1):
Accept the Quo invite in your business email and set your password.
Install the Quo desktop app and sign in.
Set Quo as your computer's default app for phone links, so clicking a number on the caller page opens Quo.
Plug in your headset and place a test call to your manager.
On every call:
Calls are recorded automatically. Say "This call may be recorded for quality" right after your name, every time.
Dial by clicking the number on the caller page, or type it by hand in Quo. Never use any auto-dial or power-dial feature.
If voicemail answers, leave the voicemail script from Part 5 (under 20 seconds), then log Voicemail left.
To text the demo link: only after the owner says yes, click Copy demo link on the caller page and send it from Quo's message box to the number they gave you.
Callbacks. When a prospect calls 404-994-2413 back during your shift, it rings you in Quo. Find them in your call list, then log the result as usual. Outside business hours, callers hear the voicemail greeting, and voicemails appear in Quo; check them at the start of every shift.
The sales call, step by step
Every call follows the same 7 steps. The trade script on your caller page has the exact words for each trade; the general version is below. Brackets are filled in by you, never read aloud.
| Step | Goal | Time |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Open | Reach the owner, say who you are and the recording line, ask for 30 seconds | 15 seconds |
| 2. Reason | Say why you called in one sentence they care about | 15 seconds |
| 3. Discover | Ask 2 questions; listen for a pain | 1 to 2 minutes |
| 4. Offer | Explain the Visit Walkthrough link in plain words | 30 seconds |
| 5. Demo | Ask permission, text the demo, stay on while they look | 1 minute |
| 6. Close | Ask for the sale or a firm follow-up time | 1 minute |
| 7. Wrap | Confirm details, read back the next step, log it | 1 minute |
1. OPEN
"Hi, is this the owner? This is [your name] with Visit Walkthrough in Georgia. This call may be recorded for quality. I know I'm calling out of the blue. Can I take 30 seconds to say why, and you tell me if it's worth another minute?"
2. REASON
"We built a short pre-visit page for [trade] businesses. Before a customer's visit, they get a link that shows exactly what to expect, who's coming, and what to have ready. Owners use it so customers are home and ready, and the office gets fewer of the same questions."
3. DISCOVER (ask at least two, then listen)
"When a new customer books, how do they find out what to expect before you show up?"
"How often does someone go out and the customer isn't home or isn't ready?"
"Who answers the 'what do I need to do before you come?' calls, you or the office?"
4. OFFER
"Here's what it is: a Visit Walkthrough link made for [trade] businesses. Your customer opens it on their phone, sees a short walkthrough of the visit, and shows up ready. It's $1,497, you pay half today to start, and setup is done for you."
5. DEMO
"Fastest way to judge it is to see it. Can I text you the [trade] demo right now? It takes about 20 seconds to look at."
(Only after yes: Copy demo link, send from Quo, stay on the line.) "Did it come through? What do you think a customer would make of that?"
6. CLOSE (pick one)
Direct: "If that's what you want your customers seeing, I can text you the payment link now and we start your setup this week. Want me to send it?"
Next step: "If today's not the day, what day this week can we spend 10 minutes on it? I'll call you then."
7. WRAP
Confirm the spelling of their name, business, email and best number. Read back the next step. Thank them. Log the result and note before the next dial.Voicemail (under 20 seconds)
"Hi [first name], this is [your name] with Visit Walkthrough in Georgia. We make a short pre-visit page for [trade] businesses so customers show up ready and stop calling with the same questions. I'll try you again [day]. Or text me at 404-994-2413 and I'll send the [trade] demo. Thanks."Follow-up call
"Hi [first name], [your name] with Visit Walkthrough. We spoke [day] and you were going to look at the [trade] demo. Did you get a chance to open it?"
If yes: "What stood out?" then go to the close.
If no: "No problem. Are you near your phone? I'll resend it and we can look together, it's 20 seconds."
If still not ready: "Fair enough. What would need to be true for this to make sense for you?" Log the answer and set one more follow-up.Sales strategy that works
These 8 habits are what separate a caller who books demos from one who just dials.
Sell the demo, not a feature list. Your goal on the first call is to get the owner to look at their trade's demo while you are on the line. The demo does the explaining. If they see it, they understand it.
Earn 30 seconds, then ask a question. Owners hang up on speeches. Permission opener, one-sentence reason, then a question about their business. The moment they talk about their own customers, you are in a conversation.
Find one real pain and use their words. "Customers not home", "arguing about the fee at the door", "the phone never stops". Write it in your note and repeat it back at the close: "You said customers aren't ready when your tech gets there. This fixes that before the visit."
Talk to the owner. If a gatekeeper answers, be friendly and brief: "It's about the texts you send customers before a visit. Who decides on that?" Get the owner's name and the best time, log Gatekeeper, and call back then.
Expect the close at the follow-up. At $1,497 most owners want to see the demo and think. That is normal. Your job on the first call is a firm next step with a day and time, not forcing a yes. A follow-up with a time is a win.
Make the price feel small next to the problem. Ask what a wasted trip or a no-show costs them. Then: "It's a one-time $1,497, half today, and setup is done for you." Never discount; only the owner can change price.
Follow up exactly when you said. Call at the day and time you set. Owners notice. Most sales come from callers who keep their word on follow-ups.
Stay honest and calm. No promises about results. If you don't know, say the owner will confirm today. A calm, honest caller is trusted; a pushy one is hung up on.
Your best hours
Call in your shift, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern. Owners in the trades are often easier to reach late morning and around lunch than first thing, when crews are being sent out. Work follow-ups at the time each owner chose, and new numbers in between.
Trade-by-trade notes
The caller page gives you the right script and demo link for each business. Use these notes to sound like you understand their day.
| Trade | What hurts them | What the customer sees on the link | Good question to ask | Sales page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Roofing | After a storm every roofer knocks on the same doors; homeowners don't know who to trust | The inspector's name and photo, that the inspection is free with photos, what happens on the roof | "How do homeowners know you're the honest one before your inspector shows up?" | visitwalkthrough.com/roofing |
| Heating and air | Tech arrives and nobody is home, or the customer argues about the diagnostic fee | The arrival window and tech's photo, how to get ready, the diagnostic fee and that it comes off the bill, repair or replace choices | "How often does a tech get to a no-heat call and nobody's home?" | visitwalkthrough.com/hvac |
| Plumbing | Wasted trips, surprise about the fee, access problems (septic lid, shut-off valve) | Who's coming, what to clear or uncover, the fee, what the visit includes | "What slows your techs down most when they get to a house?" | visitwalkthrough.com/plumbing |
| Electrical | Panels blocked, customers unsure what a generator or panel job involves | Who's coming, what to have ready, how the estimate works, backup generator options | "When a customer asks about a generator, how do they learn what's involved before your visit?" | visitwalkthrough.com/electrical |
| Clinics and med spas | First-visit no-shows, late arrivals, missing forms, nervous new patients | What to expect at the first visit, what to bring, how long it takes, the address and parking | "When someone books a first visit, what do they get before they walk in?" | visitwalkthrough.com/weight-loss-clinics |
For clinics, ask for whoever handles new patient bookings if the owner is not available. Never discuss any patient's health; you are only talking about the visit experience.
Objections and answers
The rule: ask, then answer. A calm question keeps the conversation going; arguing ends it.
| They say | You say |
|---|---|
| "I'm not interested." | "Totally fair. Can I ask one thing before I go: how do first-time customers find out what to expect before you arrive?" If they still say no, thank them and log Not interested. |
| "I don't have time." | "Understood. Can I text you the [trade] demo so you can look when you have 20 seconds, and call you back [day] at [time]?" |
| "Just send me an email." | "Happy to. The best information is the demo itself, 20 seconds on your phone. Can I text it now and stay on while you open it?" |
| "I need to think about it." | "Of course. What part do you want to think over, how it fits your customers or the cost?" Answer that one thing, then set a firm follow-up time. |
| "How much?" / "That's too expensive." | "It's $1,497 one time, half today, and setup is done for you. What does one wasted trip or no-show cost you?" Never offer a discount. |
| "My office manager handles that." | "Great, they're probably the one answering those pre-visit questions. What's the best way to get the demo to them, and can we set a time for the three of us?" |
| "Will this help my credit?" | "It won't. Visit Walkthrough is about your customers' visit, not credit. DueSmart has separate credit education, and I can pass your name to the owner if you'd like." Log DueSmart referral. |
| "Is this a robot?" | "No, I'm a real person calling from Visit Walkthrough in Georgia. The demo page has an AI assistant, and it's clearly labeled." |
| "Stop calling me." | "I'm sorry to bother you. I'll take you off our list right now." End the call and log Do not call the same minute. |

In your first month, your manager judges activity and quality first: dials, notes, follow-ups kept and calm, honest calls. Sales build from week 2 on.
Weekly review with your manager
Every week your manager listens to 5 of your recorded calls (your 2 best and 3 weakest), audits 10 of your notes, and checks your Quo call count against your logged dials. You get one thing to keep doing and one thing to improve.
Rules that never bend
Breaking any of these stops your live calls until you retrain with your manager. Some can end the work immediately.
Calling
Dial every number by hand. No autodialer, power dialer, recorded message or computer voice.
Say "This call may be recorded for quality" on every call.
Call only from (404) 994-2413 in Quo. Never change or hide the caller ID.
Call only between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM Eastern.
Anyone who says stop calling: log Do not call right away. Nobody calls them again.
Text the demo only after the person says yes, and only to the number they gave you.
What you say
No promises about jobs, bookings, revenue, no-shows or credit scores.
Never call the AI assistant "live" or say a person answers 24/7.
Never offer a discount or a price that is not in Part 1.
If you do not know: "I'll have the owner confirm that for you today."
Payments
Send only the approved payment link. Then log Sale pending.
Never ask for, hear, write down or store card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or passwords. If someone starts reading a card number, stop them politely and send the link instead.
Data
Work only on the caller page. Do not copy, download, export, screenshot, print or retype the list into any other tool, spreadsheet, chat app or AI tool.
Keep your login private. Never share it or use anyone else's.
Work on a computer with a screen lock that nobody else uses.
Report a lost device or possible leak to your manager within 24 hours.
Two-week training path
Week 1 is training with no live calls. Week 2 is live calling with your manager, with the daily dial cap rising as quality holds.
